Items may be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are faulty, damaged, broken, soiled upon arrival, received in the incorrect size or color, or have non-subjective quality issues or serious defects such as a broken sole, broken heel, severe unglued parts, or major stitching problems. We do not accept returns outside the 14-day period, or for items that have been washed, worn, used, or misused. Returns will also not be accepted if an incorrect shipping address was provided resulting in delivery failure, or if the customer approved QC (quality check) photos prior to shipment where visible issues were present. All returns must be authorized by our Support Team in advance, and items sent back without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted
